Took too long to get the food, we had to ask for one of the appetizer three times and got it after the main entry. Table was never cleared up between courses. This was my worst experience there and I have been dining there for more than six years. It took over 45 minutes to get water on the table. and a high chair

We ordered the steak, margarita flatbread, chicken pesto flatbread, and lobster alfredo. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Although we waited a bit for the appetizers, it was expected for a Sunday night. Sitting on the dock along the water provided beautiful views. Can’t wait to come back and try the brunch!

Vue sur la terrasse incroyable et service courtois et professionnel. Un peu cher pour ce qui se trouve dans nos assiettes mais l endroit en vaux la peine

Server skipped over us to serve other tables, even to greet us. Had to give my drink order (unsweetened iced tea) 4 times because she kept pushing alcohol.

I’ve been to Shooters’a many times prior to this. However, the service received by the front desk staff member Bianca was very rude, condescending, and did not represent the brand well at all. We had reservations, and she treated us as if we were unwelcome. It was not until another representative assisted us and insured us that we would be able to place some surprise decorations on the table for our guest prior to their arrival. We were attempted to leave after we encountered Bianca. But her colleague stepped in and assisted us with placing our decorations on the table. And our waiter David was amazing. The food was great. It was our guest first time and they also enjoyed themselves. Thankfully, we took the brunt of Bianca‘s treatment prior to our guests arriving so they were able to enjoy the full experience of shooters..

Make sure your fish is cooked enough. Great waiters and server but food was sub par.

It was really crowded and we had to wait 15 min for a table so I was worried about the service since it was only 2pm and already so crowded. Stanley our waiter was great! He even refilled sodas as soon as one was done. The food was great. It couldn’t have been better weather and everyone was just having a good time celebrating Valentine’s Day.

The waiter was very attentive but the quality of the food was to be honest poor. We waited over an hour to receive our entrees and the manager graciously offered us a bowl of soup, and the kind of soup we wanted it turned out wasn’t available! Instead they offered us dessert. And the desserts that we wanted were not available. One of the entrees when it arrived was a fish dish, which was cold. The explanation for the wait and the food quality was that the chef had the night off. We aren’t particularly critical of restaurants, and it isn’t our style to complain, but this place based on this experience is a restaurant in a great location that needs a restart. Good luck.
