This restaurant looked awesome and the staff were amazing. The food was just not to my liking. I had the Tomato Basil soup and it was just not good (almost tasted sour) and I had Chopped Cobb Salad and I should have requested my preference of dressing, but the dressing it came with was also not to my liking. The staff was very nice and actually took it off my bill. I was sad since I was alone on New Year’s Eve and this was my only plan!

I was very disappointed with the food selection at a buffet for the price. And I am more disappointed that a buffet is the only choice to eat there prior to the concerts.

Great way to start out an evening of Jazz at the Hyatt. Our server Jay was superb!

We ate in the restaurant before a concert and the only food option was the buffet. Some of the food was not hot. Food quality was just ok.

The didn’t tell me when I booked that it was a $50 pp buffet. I have celeriadisease and there was 1 think in the hot food that I could it and I generally don’t pay $50 for a salad bar.
