                                                                    Our party was seated at a very small table in the bar area. I ordered a steak and baked potato. The steak was good. The potato was room temperature, so I requested another one. This one came out room temperature also, so I gave up. The key lime pie was excellent.

                                                                    Disappointing. We saw our egg entrees placed on the counter. They sat there for over five minutes before being served...cold. When pointed out to the server (hostess), she asked if we wanted it 'reheated'. Um no. We'd like it served warm and fresh.

                                                                    Overall, an excellent experience! Our 2 bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining!! Great wine list. My filet and my husband’s strip steak were cooked to perfection. Steak fries were delicious. Read the fine print and ask for the bread. It’s worth it and we were told the leftovers makes great French toast the next day!!

                                                                    Half of the restaurant is open but servers put clients on top of each other. A very large party/ very loud was placed next to us. Tough to carry a normal conversation. How about gapping customers?

                                                                    I’ve been to Shulas several times the steaks are great unfortunately we ordered fish and it wasn’t the best. The ambience was too loud. Would go again but ask for table in a corner and order a steak.

                                                                    We were there for a birthday dinner and everything was wonderful; steaks cooked perfectly, delicious desserts (we tried key lime pie, creme brulee and a lava cake) and excellent service!

                                                                    We were celebrating a 66th wedding anniversary and the Shula’s team went above and beyond our expectations despite the busy Friday night. They were attentive and professional and most importantly extremely gracious. The anniversary couple enjoyed every moment. The food was outstanding as were the handcrafted cocktails. Everything was cooked to perfection. We’re already planning several trips back to the venue.
