    We were a party of 7 celebrating 4 birthdays. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our lunch, sharing the free desserts (: crème brulee and taking a group picture. Someone ordered the box lunch and didn't get her salad until the rest of us finished our soup ): Also, my parking validation ended up being invalid, so I ended up paying $12 to park in the garage just over 2 hours. Aside from that, it was a beautiful day with a beautiful view, a very nice luncheon!

    Simons. That’s all that needs to be said. An Alaskan icon whose name is synonymous with excellent food, service, ambience and a view that only can be seen from inside the restaurant or bar. For 35 years, my family, friends, business partners and more have made them our go-to for fine dining with an Alaskan theme. A definite recommend for all.

    Wait time was over 30 mins. Food took hour longer. Then sever seated us on big table… very unpleasant experience

    What happens to the white table Cloth? No soup spoons? Had to wait 45 Minutes after reserved time to get seated. Then waited another 30 min after appetizer to get main dinner. Over all was not the Simon’s it use to be.

    The wait was outrageous. We had a 6:16 reservation and weren’t even seated until 8. Food took another hour. Our waiter was nice but overwhelmed.

    We had reservations for 615 and got there at 6 just to make sure we weren't late. They said it will be about 30 mins as the are still trying to get the 530 reservations seated. They finally got to us at 715. No apologies, no offers of bread or water as I hold my 11 month old daughter.

    Our server Shawn was excellent. Food was good but has been better in the past, it was a very busy evening. We got our table about 30 past our reservation which isn't bad. One thing we noticed that they weren't using tablecloths or candles especially on Valentine’s Day. We celebrate our anniversary and Valentine’s together as they are on the same day. In the past the staff would make the day special and on one of those occasions even warmed up small candles and twisted them and had extra pedals on our table. Although we did not expect any of that, it's sad to see the changes.
