The Single Barrel is now located inside Graduate Hotel in Downtown Lincoln Nebraska! Same great Steaks and Bourbon as before...just a block West of our "old" location! Now serving a breakfast buffet 7 days a week!

The Single Barrel Bourbon Bar, honored by the Bourbon Review as one of the 100 Best Bourbon Bars in America, offers over 100 different bourbons and whiskies from around the world. We also serve expertly crafted classic cocktails and all of your favorite Nebraska brews!

Food was excellent. Drinks were also very good. We went on a sunday night at 6:30 and had Kaydee as our server and she was great. Recommend going here for a good dinner.

Horrible food steaks were cold butter wasn’t even melted on the steaks. Side dishes were cold as well. Service was great. Went in hungry left hungry.

We celebrated my son's birthday there a few weeks ago. We all enjoyed our food and my son said it was the best steak he has had in Lincoln. Highly recommend!

Delicious cocktails. Steak Cobb salad was very good. Bleu cheese fingerling potatoes did not have much of a bleu cheese taste.

First time there and not the last. Awesome service and great food. They were very courteous about the concert and making sure we had enough time to eat and get there.

Absolutely outstanding meal. Appetizers, drinks, mains, and desserts were all phenomenal. And it was super quiet on a Sunday night. Will be back for sure.

4 main menu items were not available. Mahi mahi, brisket dirty rice, mashed potatoes and a vegatable. Had to ask 3 times for starters to be brought out. Never did bring one guest’s side dish. Soup was cold. Our reservation was for 7:30 when dishes should have been available. Very disappointed that no offer of adjustment to bill was offered. Was not full dining room yet our meal took 1 hour and 12 minutes to come out and this was after salads. It was a 70th birthday party so very embarrassing for the host.
