Surrounded by spectacular views of the majestic six peaks of Olympic Valley and the meadows below, Six Peaks Grille presents an innovative menu of distinctive regional cuisine that features the freshest produce, seafood and steaks. Enjoy romantic indoor dining by our beautiful stone fireplace and panoramic views through our floor-to-ceiling picture windows.     We've dined here many times in the past, and always been pleased. This time around, my filet mignon was significantly overcooked, despite being ordered medium rare. It left me with the difficult choice of sending it back and waiting while my wife ate her dinner, or proceeding with a less-than satisfying meal. I do appreciate that they didn't end up charging me for it, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

    Stayed at the resort and dined here for dinner on a Saturday night. Arrived 15 minutes early and although the were were several tables open, we were not allowed to be seated. Once seated, our service was rushed and inattentive, not what you would expect at a place that is charging $70 for a filet. The food was mediocre and not aligned with the price. We were in and out in under 45 mins with the rushed service. Leftovers were not boxed for you and boxes provided did now allow you to bring any sauce that accompanied your meal. Other restaurants on property are much better and we would not return.

    Food is not as described on menu and is usually covered in sugary sauce. Half chicken was fried instead of baked (not as described on menu). Brussel sprouts would have been good but again, drenched in sweet sauce that reminded me of Chick Fil A sauce. The mushroom gnochi was just a plate of mushrooms with a few small gnochi that were very tough in texture. Probably the worst of all was the cheesecake. Instead of how it was described on the menu, it appears at the table as a "deconstructed" dessert, so basically piles of Graham cracker crumbs with dollops of cream sauce and a few berries.

    Very disappointing experience in what we anticipated would be the highlight meal of our trip to Tahoe. The prix fixe with wine tasting we reserved was not offered due to “delivery problems” . The kitchen and wait staff seemed out of control. One entree arrived a full half hour after the others. The steaks were fatty. The dessert order of chocolate fondue arrived cold and the sterno heater wouldn’t stay lighted. It felt like a restaurant run by untrained interns.

    We had the Filet Mignon, which was really outstanding. Nicely paired with some great wines and delicious vegetables we had a fantastic dinner. It is pricey, but would not hesitate to go here again. If it was my restaurant I would stay away from serving garlic butter is such a cheap plastic bowl, that you find at all fast food restaurant chains too.

    Almost everyone ordered the sea bass special with shrimp and it was VERY good. The bread was exquisite ad the wine, a white recommended by the server, was perfect

    The scallop dish sounded amazing. First time served it was cold & still undercooked Sent it back Brought out a second time, still tepid and definitely undercooked. The waiter did not check back or ask how the dish was since it was brought back to the table. Would not recommend that dish
