Our signature restaurant, Six Seven in downtown Seattle, Washington, offers inspired cuisine drawing from Pacific Northwest, Pan-Asian, and Regional American flavors. Located in the Edgewater, Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, our restaurant and lounge is a natural showcase with floor to ceiling views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Chef Jesse Souza and the culinary team feature seasonally rotating menus which include items such as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Tomato-Ginger Jam, BLT Salad with Candied Bacon, Heirloom Tomato, and Poblano Ranch, Cedar Planked King Salmon with truffle cream and Local Honey, Miso Glazed Black Cod with coconut-ginger rice cake and sesame beurre blanc, and Roquefort-Crusted Filet Mignon with asparagus and silky potato purée.

Staff were friendly & attentive... From a foodie perspective, food was typical hotel comfort food Pleasant views....I wouldn't rush back here, it was ok, but there are better places we ate at during our stay...good for comfort food & casual Sunday brunch dining

The restaurant has great potential. The view is spectacular and the food is very good, but when we had dinner there the other night there was a rock band playing that seemed really out of place. They were so loud you could not carry on a conversation. I could have imagined an unplugged guitar player would have served to create the right mood, or wait for later in the evening. We checked in with the Host and then sat in the bar to wait for an outside table because the band was too loud for us inside. After watching several other tables get seated outside, we inquired as we were told we would get the next outside table and were told that he had never seen us before and we must have forgotten to check in....not. After the check-in shenanigans, we got a beautiful table outside and the food was very good! Probably the best view in town!

The food was fairly good but the poor lighting and service detracted from the food. Would not go again or recommend it.

Mediocre food , very poor service, pleasant ambiance, strong scent of marjuana around outside of entryway. Would discourage others from going to Six Seven.

Reservation for a birthday outing with two tables of 4. No mention of the birthday by any of the staff very poor cooperation in getting seated waited 40 minutes. Food was very late at one of our tables and dessert was but Streamley late at the other table. No concerns from any staff other than take what we’re giving you and shut up

Food was great. Service was very slow. Not our server's fault. Kitchen was slow. We were served dinner 1 hour 20 minutes after our reservation time. Restaurant comped us dessert and a glass of sparking wine.

Was everything I’d hoped and expected it to be. Excellent cocktails at the bar (pretty loud there, though!), superb host and dinner service, a very good menu and beautifully prepared and artfully presented entrees.

Seafood platter was amazing. The view outside is amazing, especially during a summer sunset. It is a bit expensive for being typical Seattle Northwest cuisine. I’m glad we sat outside as the ambiance inside is a bit typical.
