   Very good food. Great atmosphere. Decent drinks. They definitely need to hire a host & maybe another server. It took a minute to be greeted & sat. However everything else was perfect!

   We are glad you enjoyed the food! When we are very busy like we were Friday night, sometimes servers get sat two tables at or around the same time. They may not have known that you were sat first and we do apologize that they went to another table first!    Affordable barbecue restaurant. Very attentive waiter, who did very well. The whole hog platter was good, although they were out of pulled pork at 6:30pm. Food all kind of tasted the same, but good. It was a Sunday so it’s understandable that they were out of some items an hour, and a half before close. The hot honey chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. The one thing that ruined the flavor of the sandwich for me in particular was the pickled red onions. Would be a much better idea to add a small amount of slaw onto that type of sandwich instead, as the onions totally destroy the sweetness from the honey. Overall a decent dining experience for my family, and I. Would probably like to stop in again another night in the future.

   Hi Hunter, thanks for the kind words and nice review. We ran out of pulled pork Sunday due to a very busy Friday and Saturday. We did not have enough to smoke Saturday night into Sunday to make it through the day. Feedback noted on the sandwich. We hope to serve you again soon.

   Awesome meal and service! Dined for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Smoked is consistently good. The staff is always friendly, professional, and working hard to serve the customers. The restaurant is clean. We were greeted by a host and put on a short wait as they were very busy. We got our drinks fairly quick… <10 minutes. This has been a go to on our local rotation to eat out. Hershey has a lot of overpriced and pretentious restaurants. Not this one. Highly recommend Smoked if you’re looking for a casual evening out.

   We eat here regularly. Always great food and service. Brisket cheese steak and the ribs are my favorites. My wife loves the salmon. Highly recommend.

   The food was delicious, only complaint is that some of it was luke warm. Our server was amazing, I can’t remember his name but he made it a memorable experience.

   First time at this restaurant and the food was subpar. Ordered the combo with wings, pork ribs and pulled chicken. Also had mac and cheese and cilantro rice on the side. The sides were ok and the wings were hot, but unfortunately, the chicken and ribs were served to us cold. This brought down the whole meal.

   We're glad you enjoyed the food. Thanks for reaching out and recommending us! To clarify your comment, we hold the barbecue in warming cabinets at ~150* because it has been smoked for hours prior to service so it wouldn't be "cold" but it's not going to come out "hot" like it would right out of a 350* oven. If you would have preferred it to be warmer, we would have gladly put it in the oven to heat it up to your preferred temperature. That would have just taken some extra time.

   Poor from the start. We were given old menus with items they have not had for months. Don't try to order a combo with smoked sausage because they have not had it for months. Ordered the T-bone steak medium well. When it came out the first time, it was rare. When it came out the second time it was medium rare. Sent it back again where they proceeded to microwave the steak to get it well done. It also took a while for the server to come back to the table and ask how things were so I could even send the steak back. The cut of the steak was so poor that it had only the strip part of the steak, no sirloin. Banana pudding was extremely watery. You could suck it up with a straw very easily. Peanut butter mousse was more like they scooped chunky peanut butter out of a jar and put it into a cup. Not even close to being a mousse and the peanut butter they used was just not good. Our entrees were supposed to have green beans, but they ran out and did not tell us until the rest of the food was ready. Not anywhere close to being worth the price.

   Thanks for the feedback. We apologize that you had several issues occur with your visit. That's not the typical experience for our guests as evidenced by the 4.4-4.6 rating we maintain online. T-bone steaks can vary based on the cow they are cut from... it sounds like you got a small filet. All 120 menus were swapped out weeks ago so I had the team double check to ensure none of the old ones somehow remained in rotation. I did have our chef check the banana pudding just now, and it is as it's thick and creamy. It sounds like you received one that did not fully set as we make them from scratch. Sorry you didn't enjoy the peanut butter mousse pie blended with Oreo crumbles and chopped peanuts. Regardless, we do apologize and we have offered to make it right for you. Thank you.
