   I had to make a reservation 3 months in advance to get into Sotto, it is so popular, even on a week night. We had an initial negative reaction when the hostess informed us we did not have a reservation. (It turns out she spelled our name wrong). With no apology after confirming that we did indeed have a reservation, she assigned us to the table right at the kitchen entrance, which was very noisy and high traffic. Our server was great, but the food was only OK. My husband had the quail and I had the Tagliatelle. Between the loud booming music and the full capacity noise of other diners, we had to yell at each other to be heard. Our previous visits have been much better. Based on this latest - we won't be back any time soon.

   Great pasta, we tried 3 different types of pasta all were excellent. We split the steak between 3 people . Drinks were awesome a little expensive, the margarita was a tiny little baby glass. Overall it was a very nice dinner. I would go back

   We saw a last minute reservation pop up for the communal table and booked it. When we got there, we were happy to find that we had been given a table of our own. The food was excellent, the wine perfect, and the service fantastic. We will continue to return!

   Music was loud and obnoxious. Didn’t feel like it fit the supposed environment . The food was knock out and this was a special occasion as I was proposing to my girlfriend. The music was just so bad I couldn’t even!! Country and rock music in an expensive Italian restaurant??? Ummm where’s the, “Volare”, “dean martin”, or even some Michael Bublé to set the evening? No they were playing, you shook me all night long by kiss was playing so loud. Really dissatisfied with the ambience but everything else was fantastic. Still 4 star
