   I love a place that embraces their history. 120 years in business is something to cheer about! Greeted with a smile by every staff member, coming and going. Shrimp cocktail rises to the hype. Dry aged beef as legit as anywhere. Great atmosphere. I would never return to Indianapolis without a visit.

   St. Elmo’s is always a treat when we are in Indianapolis. Delicious cocktails upstairs before dinner. You must have the famous shrimp cocktail! Steak was cooked to perfection. Excellent service. We love this place!

   We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was nice and charming, quiet area before it started filling up. The shrimp was memorable as always and all of our steaks were seasoned so well. Our server was on top of things and gave us personalized attention. I have never had bad service or food there. Love St. Elmo’s.

   Took over an hour to get our food, other tables received their food before us. The food was good but it took way too long, especially since we had a reservation for 9:15 p.m. and didn’t get our food until 10:30 p.m.

   The classic steak house with a professional staff and service to complete your dining experience! The shrimp cocktail with the best cocktail sauce is a great beginning. Lobster bisque is a perfect transition to a wonderful filet cooked medium plus paired with one of their delicious cabs. Great meal, great service and evening with friends. thank you!

   Atmosphere and service were top notch. The shrimp cocktail is great and the drinks were well crafted. The prime ribeye was an excellent cut, but could have benefited from some simple seasoning. The chocolate mousse pie was an excellent way to finish off the meal. An enjoyable experience overall.

   Outstanding! Our family enjoyed a nice meal here before heading to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the Big Ten tournament. Our server was wonderful! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and various selections. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly (medium) and I enjoyed a baked potato and tomato juice. The table enjoyed the shrimp cocktail to share! Spicy but a must try on the menu! They were very accommodating for my 10 year old son and were able to bring his mac and cheese without any crabmeat. The ambience adds another level of character!
