   Steak was poorly prepared, salad was bland. Wine was good and the atmosphere was welcoming.

   Waaaay too noisy! Couldn't hear each other across the table. Food was great though. There's not a lot of choice on affordable wine - say $75 - $150 a bottle. Still the steak frites were worth it.

   Lovely! Jasmine and Brandon helped make our evening very enjoyable! The food was delicious, the cocktails were delicious! It was all good!

   Always delicious, creative cooking that still reminds us of the Lyonnaise origins and inspiration! Attentive service. Dining room will often be a bit loud but this is one of Portland’s best restaurants.

   We have lives here for 10 years and never had a meal here. That was a mistake. It was outstanding. The best hamachi crudo and shrimp app we have ever had, and outstanding entrees. There is a reason this place appears on Best Of lists year after year.

   Pros: Donan the host. He’s awesome. The pisco drink The Manhattan with the extra carafe Cons: Food was subpar. Salad was terrible. Rockfish was bland. Service (other than Donan) was slow and inattentive. Tables are so close together I feel like I’m chewing their food for them. Overall, this was for a Valentines dinner and have to say this will be the last time I go here. Place has gone downhill. Especially for $360 for 2 people.

    The cocktails are great, as is the food. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Overall a really great experience.
