Terre Haute Brewing Company erected our beautiful Victorian Stables building in 1890. The building actually housed Clydesdale, Belgian and various other draft horses that delivered beer for the brewery. For private groups, the rear two-thirds of the upper level is our grand banquet hall. The room seats groups from 30-100. Lavish buffets or sit down meals for business dinners and programs, family gatherings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties. At Stables Steakhouse we want you to sit back and relax. Take in the surroundings and enjoy the finer things in life...a big steak, a great bottle of wine, and warm hospitality!

This was our first time dinning at the Stables Steakhouse and had the most wonderful experience and dinner. To my surprise I even got a free dessert for my birthday. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I enjoyed spending our 21st wedding anniversary at Stables. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the restaurant. She told us about their specials and even recommended the meatballs (which were phenol)! Issac made sure to keep our water glasses full. My husband had the NY strip and it was very flavorful. We ended the evening with desert. We look forward to going again and will definitely ask for Jessica again.
