We got a different waitress this time around, she was a little aggressive/defensive when we asked for our food and condiments. I believe her name was Ilene, not certain. We have in the past have always been served by Maria, she is the best. Will ask for Maria next time.

We all got New York 10oz steaks, the plating was subpar and the sides were made carelessly. The seats at the booth where we sat are all worn down. The steak was cooked to my liking but the Cesar salad and the spaghetti were tasting like it came from a box.

We had a wonderful time at Stevens. The band was awesome and I was even serenade for my birthday. If I'm ever back in LA, I will definitely come here again.

The arrival was great , I needed a reservation for what ??? Only another couple was there Okay . Our waitress Lori was nice and did her job , Now my question is Why is it so damn dark in the place . The place needs to be brighter it give off a bad ambiance, the last time I attended n 2005 was the complaint then Why ???? Is it that you don’t want want too highlights the true flaws of the place ???? My last statement get rid of that terrible karaoke crew put a jazz band there , just when I thought I was through your drinks suck big time no alcohol and is everything in a martini glass , must say smart way to get extra $$& out of drinkers . Your chef ‘s are ???? It’s not hard too steam veggies and put sauce on them and the porterhouse steak should be displayed same size not one big and the 2nd one looking like a diet plan so it had too be redone with a oops Thank God for the light on my cell phone too help determine that the steaks were not cooked to the request . Red Flag when it had too be redone twice . Well it’s up 2 you !!!

It was a great experience when I was there the first time. But, this time around, it was not as good. It was a busy day and the place was pack. The food was coming out longer and the server was so busy running around, that we did feel like we were taking care. It's a great place to dine.

We had a very nice NYE dinner with friends and family. Service was awesome, food and drinks were delicious! This was our first time eating here and will not be the last! Thank you!

My mother and I ordered steak and lobster, but the lobster was cold! The waitress took it back, and the plate was hot, but the lobster was still cold! It was a major letdown. I had to ask the waitress for a soda refill multiple times before she finally brought it to me! Despite the waitress's best efforts, the service was slow. She was juggling our table, a party of two or three tables in front of us, which had at least 25 people, and it was clear she was overwhelmed.

Always have a great time.its my sons one of two birthday spots. Not as busy as usual. Had a great time.

The food was tasty and the specials were great for a family! I want to to again. It was packed because of the holidays and we had a reservation. The hostesses forgot about us so it was as a longer wait.
