La Sugar Factory American Brasserie est un espace de 836 m² offrant des classiques culinaires américains sucrés et salés dans le MB Financial Park Entertainment District de Rosemont. Le Sugar Factory doit son succès à un concept célèbre de menus de nourriture et de boissons proposant des classiques parfaitement exécutés, tels que des œufs Bénédictine, des hamburgers aux pains plats fait maison, sans oublier des savoureux steaks et des pâtes. Food/shakes: nothing was a 10 except in presentation. They have a 2 hour time limit and impose a 20% standard gratuity on all guests. Unfortunately their service was sub par, clearing tables at the 1 hr point without asking if we're done with our food and overall rushing us to leave. They have a photographer going to tables which was great as we were celebrating a birthday. Sadly she brought the pics over when our food was brought to the table, I asked if we could eat and then look over pics to decide and was rudely told no. So if I was going to choose a pic I'd end up eating cold food after deciding and paying for it. I opted not to get a pic and I always buy a pic. I've never had Buffalo wings taste so bad, the food was not good; sadly. So if you want great presentation, terrible service, sub par food for a ridiculous amount of money...I highly recommend Sugar Factory.

It was our first time at The Sugar Factory and it was a super fun experience, especially for our kids. The four of us shared a dry ice drink and the kids loved the presentation. My husband had the Super Cheesy Smash Burger. The server kindly warned him that it would be messy, but my husband went for it anyway. He ate it with a fork to avoid getting his hands covered in cheese, but said it was very good. My son had the Carne Asada Tacos and my daughter had Boneless Wings with Zesty BBQ sauce. They ended up trading meals partway through, enjoying a bit of each menu item. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was pretty tasty. I thought for certain they would want an elaborate milkshake for dessert, but they were both too full. If we come back, I think we would order several appetizers instead, thereby saving room for the signature desserts. We had great service! The atmosphere was lively and fun. We’ll be back again!

The service was outstanding! But unfortunately, the food was not. Not much flavor on anything.

There is a sign right before you walk in, stating that, instead of tipping your server there will be an automatic 20% added to your bill for service. OK - that's fine. However, what this actually means is: good luck with our service. For my daughter's birthday, we took her and a few of her friends. We got separate tables and different waiters, but they were just 1 table over from my wife and I. In the time it took for my daughter's table to order (and receive) their drinks and appetizer...we hadn't even gotten to order our drinks. The manager managed to walk past us twice during this time when we just had water and ask "how everything was?" I'm not even sure he looked down at the table. 15 minutes into our visit, we finally got to order - by this point we opted out of getting alcohol or appetizers. Not soon after we placed our order, the manager walked past again to ask "how everything was tasting." What? The next time he did this was about 10 minutes later when our food still hadn't come. I didn't answer and he literally, because what could I say "the water is great?" so he just stood there and asked the question again louder. You'd think I'm kidding, but when the food arrived, he immediately came back over and asked "how is everything tasting." We literally just got the food. After our daughter received her birthday ice cream treat, my wife tried to flag down the waiter to tell him we would go ahead and order a dessert. Nope...he just walked right past her. They got that 20% tip though...

It is a very loud experience but the atmosphere fits the restaurant. The food was very good with no complaints from anyone about table. Michael was our server and he did a great job, we were thankful he was our server. What I didn’t like was the hostess telling us before we were served that the tip is an automatic 20%. I explained to her that the service had better live up to t Ty hat number. I’m not a fan of them limiting the server to just 20%. In this case Michael did such a good job we would have given more

The atmosphere and wow factor of the goblet drinks are fun, especially for kids. But the food is very mediocre and overpriced and the service is very slow, though everyone is very polite. Our main dishes took over a half hour to come out, and it took nearly 2 hours total just to get drinks, an appetizer, food, take home boxes, and the check. Overall, it’s not worth the money but a fun one-time or special occasion experience.
