We had a mixed experience. It was Christmas Eve so I fully allow that staffing may have been strained. Chicken caprese and drinks were very good but lamb was salty and difficult to eat as the chops were not individually cut and the ribeye was especially fatty. Service was slow but that could be due to the holiday.

Overpriced for what you get. Good food but way too expensive. Not that impressive honestly. Felt rushed a bit. Drinks ok. For $100 a person I would expect a bit more refined experience. I know it's in the mountains but... probably our last time to dine here.

It was just fine. I was expecting more for a Christmas Eve dinner and it was fine. Not impressive and it will not be one to remember. When seated upstairs, it always feels like you are forgotten.

The service was friendly and efficient. The calamari, ribeye steaks, and seafood Mac and cheese were all delicious. We didn’t order dessert, but the ones we saw at another table looked tasty!

The waitress was friendly, and the food was delicious. However, the experience was a bit unusual. At times, it felt like the staff was being a bit rude yelling at us to make space on our table for the dishes, rather than preparing the table beforehand. It also seemed like our food orders were being auctioned off rather than being placed down in a respectful manner.

The Tabernash Tavern is a really interesting restaurant in a small town outside Winter Park, Colorado. Awesome atmosphere, unique food options and flavorful pairings. Meals are a bit pricey and they tack on a "living wage" surcharge to each ticket. Most meals with a glass of wine, appetizer and tip are $100+ per person.
