   Food was very good, service was awful. They forgot one order. And when it came to paying they assumed our group of 4 was on one bill, did bot ask. During our dining experience noone checked ok us, so we waited until we were done to ask if our fried were still coming. We had to ask for water refill.

   Guests and friends not disappointed. Service was what we needed, attentive but not intrusive. Good way to end a week tucked away from the rest of downtown.

   Always enjoy my meals and the friendly attentive service at Tableau. I wish I could remember our servers name but she is a cute Asian young lady, whose name on the bill looked more like an Eastern European name. But long story short she was wonderful. My lunch companion has hearing problems, so perhaps that's why I was more cognizant of the "energetic" noise level. But after a while they kindly moved us to the back area, which was a lot better volume wuse.

   The energetic, hospitable French Bistro is re-created at Tableau. Order a Kir Royale from the bar and order modern French food choices. I like it a lot.

   The appetizers were great (our choices were the mushroom toast and beef tartare). Service was also on point but nothing outstanding. But the main courses were actually quite bad, especially the coq au vin. The reduction had a weird taste. Definitely do not recommend.

    My friend and I have eaten at Tableau a number of time and have come to expect great food and great service. Today lived up to the expectations - we had a lovely lunch
