   Food was excellent! Kudos! Service was subpar. Server did not keep up with drinks, plates, silverware. Next to no check-ins. Manager did not stop by our table as he did other tables. Given the reputation of this restaurant, that was quite embarrassing to see for myself, and the others at my table.

   The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Next time we go we will try to get a table by the window at sunset over Ithaca's West Hill.

   Excellent food. Entire restaurant is staffed by Cornell Hospitality students. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. We will come back again and again

   We had a wonderful meal served by a Hotelie graduating this spring. The service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. Wonderful experience all around.

   Service was fantastic, we had Lana. So pleasant, professional and engaging. Food was really good, meat cooked perfectly. A really pleasant evening!

   As always, the lunch buffet at Banfi was fabulous! Specialty salads, delicious vegetable options, carved meat, and amazing desserts. I always look forward to my visits.

   I haven't been back here in years, bur Banfi's did not disappoint! The menu looked great, the food was amazing, the space looked beautiful, and the service was top notch.

   Just as before I d give it a 12 from 1 to 10 . I was a bit nervous because I had friends with who heard me brag about my previous enjoyment there but they thanked for taking them to a place that lived up to the hype. I chuckled because when they asked what I recommend and they asked the Same question to her she said the exact thing I said " the lamb shank or duck were highly recommended. " I had the shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta with their home made mozzarella. Plenty of perfectly cook shrimp as expected. Wonderful waitress and ambiance topped off a perfect evening.

    The Sunday Brunch was a bit of a disappointment. While the space is beautiful and the service attentive, the food was good, but not outstanding and there could definitely have been more creativity in the offerings. Also, at $35 per person, soft drinks should be included (only coffee, tea, and water are). In fact, most places usually offer at least one mimosa on the house. Desserts were all ok, but again, except for the creme brulee, not particularly exceptional. Probably won't come back for brunch again
