   Ted’s Bulletin’s food is always good. Our experience was pretty good this time as my wife and I were able to discuss menu options with the manager who was very candid with us regarding our choices and also provided his recommendations. Both choices turned out to be delicious. On the other hand, our waitress wasn’t good at all. She was very forgetful as we often had to remind her of specific requests that we asked for. Other times, we had to look for her for refills, and we had to ask one of the other managers for a side of ranch that we asked for with our fries. That was the most frustrating part, but everything else was good.

   Service was spotty. Salads came out with the meal, so fish sat there for 10 minutes while we ate the salads. Sea bass was overcooked and bones throughout. Salmon was good. Wasn’t too busy for a Friday evening, but waiter cleared plates but then we waited (and finally had to ask for) the check for nearly 30 minutes while he busily passed us.

   The food was delicious , the service was wonderful . The restaurant it self was relaxing and clean . The price was perfect . Best breakfast spot we have tried in Nova ! We will be back .

   Six of us came to dine on a quiet Monday. The service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes just to have water and another 15 min to have our drinks. Our guest has to wait for another 15 min to have his drink. We intended to dine at 6pm but walked out at 9pm ish. Waited for a long time for food to come. Food was mediocre. Fish was dry. Will not visit for a while.

   The restaurant itself was wonderful. Everything I expected from a Ted’s. However, the location in general is absolutely crazy on a Saturday night. Parking and maneuvering through traffic was very stressful.

   Seated quickly honoring my reservation. Wait staff did not hurry us and answered all of our questions. Food was served in a timely manner. All food arrived as ordered and was just right. I always have a good experience here.

   Server was great, food was OK. I went for dinner, and think I just prefer Teds breakfast or brunch. The restaurant is worn, and the restrooms were not in good condition, even menus were all worn out/faded.

    We had a reservation for 6pm. We arrived just before and walked right up to the hostess stand. The hostess did not look up. We announced who we are and she may have mumbled something turned around walked into the dining room picked up some menus and disappeared. A minute later she came back to the stand looking for us and motioned for us to follow her. We did and she raced to our table said nothing put the menus on the table and left in silence. The manager was joking with some employees at the bar next to the hostess stand and if he saw what was happening said/did nothing. We were seated for about 5 minutes when our server arrived, identified herself (Natalia) and asked if we wanted drinks. We placed our drink order and asked for waters just as someone brought them to the table. When she brought the drinks we ordered an appetizer which arrived promptly. After the appetizer arrived we placed our dinner order which also arrived promptly. I had Ted's Burger which I ordered rare which came out medium. Halfway through the meal the server asked if we wanted another drink to which my wife said yes. After 5 minutes the manager came over and asked the same question to which we responded the same way and said she took our order some time ago. He said he would get it just as the server arrived with the drink. When the server arrived to clear our plates she asked if we wanted dessert we declined and she left the bill. The bill was incorrect in that she had left the second drink off. She said that "she was making the drinks and forgot to add it to the bill." This was our third trip here and was by far the worst experience. Not sure if this was related to our experience but on a Saturday night the restaurant appeared more than half empty.
