Nommé ainsi d'après le père du propriétaire, Thomas Edgar Nelson, TEN, est le restaurant gastronomique du Nord. Ramenant par bribes des souvenirs du précédent Northern Hotel, on y vient pour se rencontrer, échanger, bien manger et prendre un verre. L'inspiration du menu se situe surtout du côté de la cuisine américaine traditionnelle quoique les saveurs internationales sont aussi au rendez-vous.

    Disappointed. Second time we’ve given this place a try. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, we had already finished our appetizers by the time we got them. Far over priced for the quality of service and food. Our server told us to come try again when it wasn't so chaotic since it was Valentine’s Day… just doesn’t fit the category of high end or fine dining.

    I took my fiancé here for Valentines Day. They were short staffed and a little behind but very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. They apologized a lot even tho it wasn’t necessary. The food and drinks were amazing. Very high quality, very comfortable, and we thought it was very affordable. We do like to eat at nice restaurants so don’t take my word on price. Will go here again! Thank you Ten for good food and even better memories.

    We had to wait almost 90 mins from sitting down for our food. And they forgot two appetizers then tried to charge us for them. They seemed under staffed even though the hostess was nice she sat and chatted to friends who were dining there for at least half of the time we were sitting down waiting for our food

    The food is the star of the show here. Excellent taste and you can tell the chef cares. Server was quite odd and semirude to the customers. Didn’t detract from excellent food

    I took my mother for Christmas day dinner. Beautiful restaurant, quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. Very nice menu offering entrees not found anywhere else in Billings. Excellent service and outstanding food. Can't wait to go back.

    Disappointed in a high end steakhouse food was mediocre at best and service very slow. We ordered drinks and our appetizer arrived before opening cocktails and waitress was trying to get us to order before we even got drinks. The bison short rib was dry as was the risotto. But the pasta and halibut were very good. We had a Cesear salad it was not good. Not creamy no croutons and lack luster for a steak house.

    We hadn’t been to TEN in years, but decided to give it another try after our last (disappointing) experience. We were a party of 3 and only about 10 other people were in the restaurant when we arrived. A few others came in after us. Kerrie, who greeted us, was very nice and helpful. Her service was very good. She asked if we were going to a show at the nearby theater, which we were, so we had a limited time to dine. We ordered our food - entrees only - and then waited. And waited. And waited. 40 minutes later we were served: spaghetti for 2 of us and Buffalo short rib for one person. The short rib was quite good. The spaghetti was poor. One dish was literally crunchy in the center. It supposedly contained waygu beef; one small piece of meat was found. By now it was 20 minutes before the show was starting so there was no time for corrections. The 2 of us going to the show had to leave; the one not going kindly stayed to pay. I am mystified by the high ratings I read before booking. The menu is fairly limited and expensive (steaks $63+, spaghetti $27, short rib $41). Wines by the glass were mostly $16 and up but pours were generous. I’ll close by saying it was not the fine dining experience I expected based on reviews. Service was pleasant but the food left much to be desired.
