   In the 10+ years that I've been coming here, this was the first time I was very disappointed with the service. We were seated 15 mins past our reservation time. We had a 7:30 show to attend so we ordered our food right away (6:15p) We didn't get our food till almost 7 so immediately asked for to go boxes since we were not going to have time to eat. We had ordered an appetizer that was on the bill but we never got. Waitress gave us a $45 gift card for our troubles. Not sure if someone didn't show up for work in the kitchen, but they just couldn't keep up. Of course we will continue to go there, but this was the worst experience we've had by far.

   As to no fault of our server, it was extremely busy and there were only 2 servers in the entire restaurant. We had a reservation, cam 15 minutes early and sat late. We sat without menus for over 15 minutes before being recognized. Luckily, we looked over the menu prior and knew what we wanted. Watched table after table get food without ever being checked on, like ours, to ensure proper service. Again, not faulting the 2 servers who were busting their butts to take care of an entire restaurant of patrons. Where was the owner? Manager? Had a busser, hostess, and someone running the passbut nobody else for help. Our ticket time was around 42 minutes. Only problem is we booked early for a show at Angel of the Winds arena that we still had to walk to get to at 730. Unfortunately the server made an order error that we just decided to ignore at that point. Party of 6 with apps and entrees placed at the same time. We opted to ask for our check at the time of food delivery expecting it to take a long time. We were able to pay and leave as soon as finishing to get to our event on time The food was actually mostly good and would return based on that merit, but the service was far from being acceptable. We tipped our waitress graciously knowing none of what we experienced was her fault. However, management, do better.

   The food is always great here, but they need to use some noise blocking options for the main dining room. It is so loud that you can barely hear the talking of the person you spoke with.

   We asked for a bigger table knowing that we will be ordering quite a bit. We ordered 3 appetizers and 5 entrees and we were rushed to finish our appetizers for them to squeeze the rest of the food on the table. It was uncomfortable and did not give us any room to move our plates. My husband’s plate was not set in front of him, it was placed vertically to accommodate the rest of the food. So not good. When we mentioned it, we were dismissed with “sorry” and or a smile. Ugh.

   We went there for son's birthday. (I did mention in my reservation) but there was no acknowledgement. But other than that, the food and service was excellent.

   Nice little restaurant, overall ok experience. Price and quality was a little disparaging. Flatware and dishes were slightly greasy despite clean. Asian inspired American cuisine wasn’t for me but not terrible or under seasoned.

   We love Terracotta Red! Food and service, especially for a busy night were top notch. We had crab puffs, spicy wontons, red curry, drunken chicken, tangerine beef, empress noodles and cucumber salad. Our party of 4 left happy and full.

   First time at this spot which came recommended. We made reservations well in advance. Situated in a beautiful building with a very nice lobby. However, the dining area, which is apparently divided into several rooms, is stark, unappealing and extremely noisy (bad acoustics). We got the worst table right by the bar entrance with servers constantly brushing by. The table was slimy, and one plate had food stuck to it. Server took a long time to get to us and was perfunctory at best, bordering on impatient. No explanation of the menu and we missed the "fresh sheet" entirely until after we had ordered. The food tasted ok, but the sauces were heavy, especially on the green beans. Pot sticker app did not arrive and apparently had been missed by the kitchen or server? It finally arrived late and was the best dish we had. We did not get any service or offered a second beverage until we were done eating, and by that time we were ready to go. The bright spot of our visit was the sweet person who expertly boxed up our leftovers, smiled and wished us a good night. I doubt that we will be going back.
