   Our waitress was excellent. She spoke Italian and was very professional. Great service!

   Not only was everything delicious, and the waiters were helpful about menu details -- and they permitted us to linger over coffee for a long time (old friends, one leaving Toronto soon) and made us feel welcome and "no trouble at all". There were a couple of empty tables nearby and the waiters were completely gracious.

   We had dinner with friends who we hadn't seen in a while. The restaurant had a very nice buzz to it when we arrived. Our waitress patiently returned to our table several times as we caught up with friends and took our time ordering. She was very understanding and helpful in choosing our dishes. It was a bit difficult to hear one another, but manageable, as the restaurant was very full. Our meals were very good - all suggestions by our waitress were excellent. By dessert, the tables had cleared out and we could continue a relaxed conversation. We had a really enjoyable evening thanks to the good food, fun atmosphere and amazing waitress. Thanks!

   The food and drinks were great, there wasn't enough wait staff, I waited almost an hour for our main course. Far too noisy, I could barely hear my friend sitting across from me.

   Great brunch spot! I do wish the weekday brunch list had a bit more… very minimal options. Or if that cannot be changed, it’d be nice if also offered the lunch special in case people aren’t sold on that short weekday-brunch-list. Just some feedback. Thanks

   Had reservation on OpenTable. Sat in bar for a drink before the time. Went a couple minutes before time and had to wait 15 minutes while others were seated. Seemed frenetic Restaurant busy and very loud. Voices but also the music was too loud. We've been many times but usually in summer and sit outside on deck. Found it hard to talk Kitchen busy. Had the main course delivered before the appetizer. Sent it back to have the appetizer. Food is always good at Terroni so need to overlook the above but the noise was a bit much

   Service was slow and orders for individual glasses of wine were forgotten. Either waitress was over worked or didn’t keep track of things. Mende continues to be the same. Needs a refresh. Waiters swas nice but service was poor.

    One of our favourite lunch places in TO. Consistently good food and ambience; service generally very good too. Great location. Lots of choices. A very good restaurant!
