I love Tex Max Connection in North Wales. I’ve been going there for years now and the service is always really good. My company has occasional team dinners and although we have parties of 6 to 9, the service is very good. The wait staff are always on top of it. The food is consistently delicious and the ingredients are fresh!

The food was as good as always. The service provided by Brian was great, as always. What was shocking was how much more our meal cost than normal. I did order the special which accounted for part of the increase but food items have increased. Most significantly for us what was really irritating was an unexplained 3% + surcharge. It is possible we missed this but there was no explanation on the menus and none was available on the website why and for what this surcharge was added. Some restaurants indicate surcharges are done for staff in the back. We are extremely good tippers and despite the added expense of the meal, it didn't impact our tip. I was quite shocked about this surcharge as we frequently come to Tex Mex and even went more often during the pandemic to try and keep it open. I don't think it is a good business practice to just toss that out to regular customers with no warning. In all honesty I was in shock to see this otherwise I would have raised questions about the surcharge.

Amazing drinks, food & service! My coworker has been telling me to try this place for months and I wish I tried it sooner! This place is true Texmex! Drinks were all made from scratch and everything came out so fast. We deff will be back!

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. I ordered the ribs and they were cold when they arrived. Our server was unknowledgeable about the beer choices and when asked if they had a certain brand, she shrugged her shoulders and did not offer to check.
