Overall, the meats are excellent. Need some hot veggies and less starch. Pricey, unless you really overeat and that is not a good feeling. Servers are terrific.

Meat meat meat … all the meat you wanna eat, at first. After about 45 minutes the meat bringers disappear. Weird idea. I guess get em in get em out philosophy?

If u like meat great spot comes out fast to fast very u won’t have time to eat salad bar so be sure to flip ur card to red so u can catch up rack of lamb n parmesan chicken amazing not well lighted in the place very dark cool atmosphere thou good vibes waiter was to busy did not see much of him but seen plenty of the people at our table wit food choices very cool spot oh n it was a birthday for my mom n girlfriend n they offered no free drink or deals for any thing not even a ice cream plus forgot we told them it was a birthday n bartender n waiter need more communication we ask for sugar rims n different drinks n they fumbled..so a place to check out yes good vibes cool way of serving n great food 4.5 ill give I guess

The food was just OK. The meat was actually very disappointing with mostly sirloin coming around. There was no seafood brought around, only one type of chicken, no pork and the filet mignon was well done. Our waiter seemed very busy, but was excellent.

Our Party of 4 was there for the 1st time on Valentines Evening for dining at the restaurant. From the hosts at the front desk check in, bartender, and our waiter was nothing short of a perfect evening out. The food was Exquisite. Many different flavors of every variety of palate. Salad bar filled with many choices and all fresh and a beautifully displayed. The side dishes or hot bar had wonderful Ouray to choose from. It was our 1st time at the Restaurant but will not be our last! Thank you for a very memorable and delicious evening!
