Our only complaint is outside of the restaurant and that is parking. It took us at least 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. If there is an event at Protective Stadium and Legacy you will have a very hard time with parking. I hate to put this on here because I don’t know they have any control over it but I would hope it is something that they could look into. Our experience inside the restaurant was amazing. Great customer service and food. Ken was very sweet and kind and helped walk us through our first visit. Wide variety of side items that are all fresh and delicious. The selection of meat is amazing. Chicken, lamb, Brazilian sausage, and steak were all delicious. Definitely will visit again with better planning for parking.

We've been to this location several times before, with immaculate service. Not quite what happened tonight. We had to flag down our server each time we needed a refill or a dish removed from the table. We were never brought any of the side dishes until the end of our meal, and then my son had to ask for them. We were also never offered to (or able to) order any dessert, even though we were sitting there clearly done eating for almost 20 minutes. The gauchos were wonderful, however, and asked what cuts we were waiting to see and brought them to our table for us. Very disappointing. Hope our next visit will be much more normal, or it may be our last.

Servers did not come around as frequent as previous visit and waiter did not check on us much.

We had an amazing server named Dunner. He catered to our every need and came by our table very frequently. We traveled an hour to come to this restaurant for my birthday. Celebrated last year with a crowd of 40. Will definitely be back again. The food was delicious!!

Waited an extra 20 minutes even with a reservation. THAT BATHROOM FLOOR WAS SO SLIPPERY I ALMOST FELL TWICE!!!!!! the meat was to be cooked medium well yet it kept having a mouth feel of over well; the medium was more medium well than the supposed medium well. Waitress had a great personality. The bananas were burnt after the first round.

First experience at a place like this. Everything was great! Once you flip the card over, they are quick to start serving you. Now we are not medium rare individuals, but our service asked what we would like and what temp, and they made sure the first pieces on the sword were that temp and they came straight to us. It was way more food than I anticipated, so the value is there. Would definitely go back to eat there when we are in Birmingham again! Great place!
