                                                                                                                                                                                                I remember Texas de Brazil being so much better. It was OK but It felt tired and too busy all at the same time. Like a high price cafeteria. The noise level was so much that you couldn't hear the gauchos, the giant plastic replicas of the dessert offerings that servers bring to over are ridiculous. The server had to speak so loud to be heard the poor girl was yelling. I used to love Texas de Brazil, but rather go somewhere else where I didn't feel like a herd being brought to the trough.

                                                                                                                                                                                                It was crazy busy on a Friday night so the noise level was up but the staff was amazing and fast and our plates were never empty. The food was amazing as were the cocktails and oh...the deserts!

The wait staff and meat servers were excellent. The pao de queijo (cheese bread) brought to the table at the beginning of the meal was superb. We were really disappointed with the meats. Unfortunately, the beef was tough, the lamb fatty, and the ribs overcooked. a. Beef needs to be aged properly by the beef supplier. b. Lamb needs to be trimmed properly. c, Ribs need to be cooked properly not charred throughout. The restaurant has wonderful potential but needs attention to detail by the beef buyer and cooking staff to reach that potential.

The lunch buffet had very little protein because they didn’t add the salmon, prosciutto, lobster bisque etc., that they have at dinner. They substituted the lobster bisque with jalapeño soup. The meat on skewers was very, very salty and again they didn’t have beef ribs, filet mignon etc. for lunch.

Thursdays are particularly good. Amazing grilled meats. And excellent service, too. Definitely not for the vegans out there. Six stars all the way!

                                                                                                                                                                                                We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and had a party of 12 people and our main server Emma did an amazing job. I have been to this restaurant many times and the service has always been great, but Emma was the best server I have ever had at this restaurant. She was very attentive to us and made sure that all elements of the meal went off with out a problem.
