Our office looks forward to our annual Christmas lunch here, and in previous years, we’ve always had a great experience. We started making reservations back in October, and the manager informed us that for large groups, we needed to put down a deposit and pay with one check. However, they offered the option of reserving two separate tables and splitting our checks as desired. Unfortunately, on the day of our reservation, we were told that we could only split into a maximum of three checks. After our waiter delivered this disappointing news, his demeanor was quite unfriendly for the remainder of our lunch. We also encountered an issue where he said they were out of the meat we had requested, despite us having enjoyed it earlier during our meal. A few minutes later, they brought us the exact meat we had asked for. While the food was excellent, the service was lacking. Despite our enthusiasm for dining here, it's unlikely we will return.

Texas de Brazil at Fort Worth was a very pleasant restaurant with good atmosphere. The salad bar seemed good but the warm selections were great. It was disappointing that I was not seated where I requested on the OpenTable app, which was upstairs. They sat us on the first floor, which was a little crowded. Sadly, the deserts were not the best but just OK. This is still a very nice restaurant to visit.

Reserved a table up stairs, and was put at a table downstairs in a corner. The server and food were great. It was hard to hear due to the crowd noise in the building.
