   Horrible service. Was sat right by server station when there were plenty of open tables. We were so close the rear ends of some waiters were touching mine and my daughter’s backs. Felt like a bother to the waiter. Deli meat on salad bar was hard. Lobster bisque was overly fishy. Went for daughter’s 13th birthday, not a single person acknowledged or said Happy Birthday. Was not looking for anything free but a simple “I notice we are celebrating a birthday tonight, Happy Birthday young lady” Waiter tried to charge us for drinks that we bought and brought over from the bar. Tried charging a friend for a dinner when she is a vegetarian and only had Salad bar. Argued with us over these facts and scoffed at us when we asked to split the check 3 ways. Every member of our party (excluding my daughter) are all apart of the service industry and understand people have bad nights but this was ridiculous. Informed manager of behavior and service. None of us will be back.

   We’ve been here before and it was excellent, but this last visit was not great. All of the meats were severely under salted, especially the flank steak which was also not medium rare as advertised, but was rare. The bacon wrapped jalapeños were very burnt on the bottoms and were just inedible. Even the mashed potatoes and fries were not good. The mashed potatoes just tasted off and the fries had no salt on them and just tasted bland. We were seated downstairs in the corner by the bar which is also apparently the servers utensil corner. Every time a server needed something they would have to get extremely close to my husband, even leaning over him which made him very uncomfortable. He couldn’t even cut his food without hitting them with his elbow they were so close to him. Our servers were great, but the food and seating placement was not. We will be going to the Dallas location from now on.

   I didn’t get our servers name but she was incredibly kind and made sure to keep checking up on us. We were celebrating my boyfriends 20th birthday and although we weren’t able to get a little dessert since we weren’t club members, she brought out a plate with a candle with icing writing on it to celebrate. Although it was a small gesture it truly meant a lot to us :)

   I went here for my birthday and it was a big group but our waitresss was the best and made sure everyone was feeling great and enjoying their time there. We were all extremely extremely satisfied!!

   Always great food! It’s pricey but delicious! Our waiter made our experience awesome. Made special for my son’s birthday!

   As always the food was outstanding. Service with Daniel was gracious and helpful. My only complaint is that. although I noted on the reservation this was a 21st birthday celebration, no celebratory dessert was offered. When I mentioned it the waiter he said I should have received a coupon for a dessert by email. I did not. Since we did not, we left without a dessert to celebrate. Very disappointing. We will go elsewhere for celebrations.

   Our family has been to this restaurant many times. Our girls, 10 & 14 dawn dresses and look forward to their favorite restaurant. For the most part, we have had great experiences and tonight was an exception, even if we have noticed a pretty steady decline in the quality of the food and the decidedly lower level of service over the years. After our initial seating option was not to our liking, we felt a fair amount of poor body language and non verbal communication across the restaurant and while the second option was better, it wasn’t very good. Considering that, imaging how we felt when we had to ask for the table to be leveled due to significant wobbling - the eye rolling amoungst the staff made it very uncomfortable - who else do you ask if you have an unstable table? From there, despite the valiant efforts of our server, the experience went further down hill. The quality of the meats was the worst we have seen it, and the meat was sparse to say the least. Our normal visit has been much longer but this time we felt no reason to stay and even felt like it might have been better if we left sooner… Over all we will likely consider other options going forward.

    It was an amazing experience and our server made sure to check on us consistently! Food was amazing and salad bar was the best one ever.
