   Michael was a great server. The only let down that they didn’t offer a complimentary dessert for our anniversary even when we mentioned it.

   It had been a long time since I've eaten there, and my husband had never been, so we went for our anniversary. Overall it was delicious, all the food we had was great. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. The only negative thing was that a lot of the meat servers skipped our table, so we didn't get to try very much. Maybe going with a group is the better way to ensure you get to try a lot of the food!

   Our server Kayla was awesome! Very nice and attentive. Even the bartenders greeted us when we walked in! 10/10 Recommend. The food is always amazing!

   Texas de Brazil is always good. They were busier than usual but they got us in & our waiter took great care of us.

   Upstairs seating was very uncomfortable! The table was not sturdy and it was too small for a party of eight, considering the number of plates on the table. We were advised that they were short staffed and the service truly reflected it. Although, the server himself was good, it took quite some time before we got plates and on one occasion I had to refill my water glass due to having to wait so long. The food was great! It was also an inconvenience having to go downstairs to prepare a salad. Overall, the experience would have been great if the accommodations had been different.

   Overall, the dining experience was great. The one item preventing this from being excellent was poor service from our waitstaff. We were provided incorrect drinks, the waitstaff failed to clear dirty plates, and we were ignored when we requested or asked for well-done food and a military discount. The meat/skewer servers were excellent. One quickly returned to the kitchen and returned with a cut of well done, as requested. Although I understand it was New Year's Eve and they were busy, poor table service is neither expected nor warranted.

   Meat servers were very slow to rotate the restaurant and passed us by many times and yes we has our tag turned to receive servings. Our server, Kaitlyn was fabulous! The hostesses were talking 'smak' at the reception desk which was inappropriate. It was not as 5 star as I remember it being years ago. It has lost some of its class.

    I was excited to visit for my birthday celebration, especially coming in from out of town! We had a reservation at 7, but was seated at 7:30. Our server Ariel was GREAT! However, we were just getting meat by 8 pm and only had 2 options come around! When the manager came by, he made sure to tell the staff to come to my table. Everything was good after that, but it was a little too late! This was not the best birthday dinner, but after an hour it was ok!
