Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties. We had a truly wonderful dinner with an exceptional wine. The service was excellent and we were surprised with a birthday flan!

Food was not as good as last time we were here. Meats were over cooked and dry. Cake was dry as well. Left feeling disappointed.

As a Brazilian, I was not impressed at all by the food. The one thing I was looking forward the most was the rice and beans and the beans are nothing like Brazilian seasoning. There is no onion, garlic.. food in general was very plain. Meat in general was good and in a fairly good speed passing by the table. For drinks, the only Brazilian thing is caipirinha. Dessert is charged a part.. Brazilian buffets have dessert included. For the price, it really lacks of Brazilian style for a place with Brazil on the name.

Meat was not properly cut or cooked well. My pieces were either completely raw or completely dry and tough. Disappointed.

The service was great! And the food with the salade and different kind of meats was good and very ‘delicioso’. Great staff and well mannered. Love the place!

I had to ask to be served because 20 minutes had passed and they had only offered meat once. The waiter insisted that I give him an extra tip even though he had already charged 18% on the bill, since this was distributed among everyone and the extra went only to him. I have eaten in several of these restaurants and without a doubt this is the worst. It is expensive for what they offer.
