   The value of the food and overall dining experience was about $25 for each person in our party; we were charged for three times that amount. Not sure how this pricing model is sustainable in this competitive universe.

   This was my first time at Texas de Brazil. I was definitely blown away. Best salad bar I've ever seen in a chain-style restaurant. For the money, the bottomless salad bar and the endless meat it's worth the price. The cocktails were really good and fruity which I guess fits the tropical vibe of Brazil. The service was great and very professional. They seated my group quickly even after I showed up with extras in my party, since OpenTable didn't have an option for kids. Although the restaurant was mainly adults there were a few tables with younger children. The staff was very accommodating of my two children and didn't seem to mind the occasional cry or two. The waitstaff was even nice enough to check the ingredients of a sausage they brought around before they served me. That really says care. The only thing that I didn't like was that the wait staff seemed to have a large amount of non-English speakers that had a hard time understanding us at the table. I personally didn't care but my in-laws struggled to understand, especially with the background noise. Overall, I'd definitely go back even if it's just sit at the bar for some cocktails

   As usual, an experience to be celebrated. Not to gush, but as each server brought a new course to the table, it was a moment of joy. Tender, juicy, flavorful, just perfect. The only thing I'd change would be turning the AC up to 11, but if you're a normal human who doesn't sweat at 60 degrees, it's not an issue. Not cheap, but worth every single penny. If everyone in your family is old enough to use a salad bar by themselves, don't hesitate. Go. You'll thank me later.

   Food was great. A little more attention to the gaucho bringing meat in a timely manner. Everything else was fantastic.

   This is hands down the best fine dining experience I've ever had! There was nothing I didn't like! I'm a picky eater, and found myself trying everything! The salad bar is top tier and exceptional meat cuts! I will be a returning customer!!!

   We will never visit again, they only brought us mainly sausage, we had to ask for meats to come to the table other than sausage. When they did bring other meats they were at the end of the bone. For us to be paying as much money as we did, we did not feel it was worth the visit.
