   Had to wait more than 15 mins for our table even with a reservation. Waited at the bar for almost 15 minutes to order a drink while waiting for our table. Bartender did not even acknowledge me even though there were only 2 other people at the bar. When we were seated, took more than 10 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order. Food itself was excellent.

   The unassuming exterior does not prepare you for the grandiose dining experience you are about to enjoy! The interior design was so well thought out, designed, and executed that you are transported into a Brazilian-Texan food haven. Claudio Martins, the General manager welcomed us and I immediately felt welcomed. You must visit this amazing restaurant with lots of time on hand. The salad bar, at $31.99, is worth it on its own, with many amazing options, like shrimp and smoked salmon, different cheeses, artichokes, and asparagus, to name but a few. The full buffet @ $51.99 includes all the meat cuts, randomly served to your table. I enjoyed all the lamb cuts, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Victor Hugo, the new floor manager suggested that we match things up like their marinated beets with goat cheese, beef rib, and a drizzle of chimichurri—the marinated pineapple with the pork cuts and mozzarella balls—the parmesan chicken with asparagus and almond green beans. What an amazing taste butt explosion. Alicia, another floor manager stopped by and we enjoyed another great conversation. Julio behind the bar hooked us up with delicious caipirinha and wine.    Texas de Brazil is always a great experience! The salad bar was excellent and our server Damon was great! We did request a private and quieter table but the lighting was super bright. The meats came in fast as soon as we flipped our card but I just wished the meats were warmer in temp and more options for medium or medium plus. Just my preference. Overall, excellent choice for a New Years Eve dinner as they kept the same menu and price as any other weekday dinner.

   Lobster bisque was delish. Bananas were fire. Didn’t appreciate being put in that super brightly lit room but otherwise loved it.

   I always like to dine here. We came on new years eve and it was packed which is understandable, however we request the meat well done since we arrived and we weren't able to get some, until the end after asking 5 times asking the waitress and the gauchos. By the time we got the meat, we were exhausted and left without eating it.

   Had reservations for 2 for 7pm, but didn't get seated until 7:30. But overall had a great server and food was very good.

   The reception was not as smooth as it can be. My son came in and want to have a table and was told about an hour wait. We waited for over 1.5 hours. He came back and asked where were we. He was told they don’t know because they only placed him in the waiting list but since they are busy, they were never called him. I immediately made a reservation and we were called within 15 min. after reservation made. Why didn’t they tell my son to make reservation instead of put him on the waiting list?

    Disappointed in our first trip. Had a reservation but still had to wait almost 20 mins once we showed on time. The service after that was ok. Food was so so….but the tables were ill laid out and the ambience was blah. Not a great experience. There is a FOGO De Chao down the street choose it
