    My spouse and I had a fantastic Valentine's Dinner. Returning there was perfect. Our server's name was Kevin. He was the epitome of class. We will return there again and again

    Took my fiancé here for Valentine’s Day and we both loved it. The seared scallops are amazing!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

    I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff. You truly made my fiancée and I’s night unforgettable. The romantic ambiance was incredibly warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. Although I can’t recall the names of my server and the hostess—who I believe was the lovely blonde lady in the rose shirt—I want you to know how much their efforts meant to us. I was so touched when she reached out earlier in the week to confirm our reservation and to inquire about how I planned to surprise my fiancée with the earrings. Knowing how anxious I was about the entire plan, it meant the world to have such thoughtful support from the team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our night was memorable, and it absolutely was! Our server was fantastic as well. He really knew the menu inside and out, providing wonderful suggestions to help us navigate our first experience at the restaurant. We are already looking forward to making another reservation because this place has quickly become our favorite, even surpassing Hyde Park downtown in our eyes. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for creating such a calming and beautiful atmosphere for our Valentine’s Day dinner. We can’t wait to return soon! - Nathan H.

    Waitress was fantastic. The food was terrible. Right down to the strawberry lemonade. Very very sour and it was not drinkable. The steak was just okay. Shrimp was fishy and rubbery. How you can burn a baked potato is beyond me. Mac and cheese had NO flavor. With the amount of money we spent I was very disappointed. Sorry to say The Barn fell well below what I was expecting. Especially since the brunch there has never been a bad experience. The chef(s) must’ve had an off night.

    The Barn at RFC reflects the best of fine dining. Attentive service, great food from appetizers through dessert, and a comfortable and inviting setting. Each course demonstrated a use of quality ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, and graciously served. Truly one of the best, if not the best, fine dining options in Gahanna/New Albany.

    We were really disappointed in the food this time. I got a ribeye, and at least 1/3 of it was hard grisle. It was overcooked as well. I said something to the waiter, but he just said sorry. He was good otherwise.
