   We booked a table for our group at noon. We were waiting outside from 11:55am to enter. No problem with that but at around 12:03 we went down the stairs and the door was locked. Shortly after, the door opened and the staff member had a massive go at us for coming by the door before the restaurant was opened. The staff member looked like he was about to cry. It was a very strange experience as the gate to the restaurant was open and I’ve never been told off for being on time to my reservation before. Horrible customer service skills. I used to go here quite often but will not return again. I was going to leave when we got told off but other members of the group were looking forward to the food. Once we got seated the restaurant didn’t have half of the things on the menu anyways. Awful experience. Sometimes it’s ok to not say anything or let you guests in a minute early so they don’t stand outside in the cold. Clearly don’t appreciate the custom.

   Our second visit and just as good as the first time - great, friendly service, fabulous ambience and really tasty food. Oh and the cocktails, they are amazing and real value for money all round. Will definitely be back again!

   Food was amazing! And so, so tasty, loved it!! Nice atmosphere, great music and service was spot on (attentive) and friendly. A little hidden gem this place, would recommend 100% Prices were reasonable too. Thanks for a memorable time.

   The food was delicious - their range of gluten free options seem endless which is a delight. The food is packed with flavour and the cocktails are great - the frozen ones were brilliant. The waitresses we had were both lovely, chatty people which made the experience for us

   We had a great time and definitely recommend! The food was amazing, the staff super nice and the overall experience was above expectations. The mocktails were really good as well!
