   Unfortunately, at the time that I was there, they were out of classic frozen margaritas so I had a margarita on the rocks. It just wasn’t the best, but I did drink it all.  I ordered the Birria tacos  granted I am not local and I am from the US so the flavors were just not on point for me. The meat had a very sweet undertone with a lot of heat which I appreciated the heat. It’s just I don’t like sweet meat so I’m not sure where the sweetness on that taco comes from so out of the three tacos I consumed about 3/4 of one taco. I let the waitress know what the problem was. There was no resolution offered. No apologies and I paid my bill and left.

   Amazing basement bar and Mexican. Great tacos and Irn-Bru frozen margheritas. My partner is Coeliac and was well catered for. Pretty much everything apart from the fajitas can be gluten free. Service was 5 star.

   I chose the basement for their gluten free options before going to watch a show at the playhouse. The food was tasty and we chose mocktails as both myself and my friend have work in the morning. They were also tasty

   The food is not worth the price neither is the service. Really overpriced. Had to wait ages for our drinks and the plates were not served at the same time so we had to wait to the last one to arrive for about 10-12min. Bummer because the concept was interesting. I wouldn’t go back.

   Food was not to the same standard i would have said as usual, though still good. Service was very hit or miss, two of our servers were fantastic but the other seemed was a lot less attentive. It was disappointing from a venue I consider very good but we all have off nights.

   Food and drinks were excellent! Perhaps they were understaffed, however, as service was slow and we felt forgotten about. Our guacamole didn’t arrive until after we managed to get a waitresses attention about 20 minutes after the rest of our food. The quality of the menu itself though was amazing
