   Really enjoyed being there with friend. Food and service was excellent. They are limited on space and tables are tight.

   The Cake Bake Shop's atmosphere was amazing! Over the top decoration and commitment to theme. We made our reservation for this place in August. We arrived at 4:25 for our 4:30 reservation and was not seated until 5p. We ordered drinks and then food and received our drinks timely, but then never received our food. at 5:50p we let them know we had to leave for a performance by 6:15 and they reported they would not have our food out to us in time. We received some potato chips that we ate and then had to leave. They did cover our drinks and gave us cake to go. The cake was delicious. I'm hoping there was some glitch in service that night, but it did make for a big disappointment after looking forward to it for months.

   Unfortunately, Cake Bake was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. With a reservation, we were not seated for 45 minutes, received our drinks 45 minutes after being seated, and never received our food order. After two hours since our reservation time, we had to leave to make our next appointment. There are four tables, we were the first party there of all of them and other parties were served before ours, even though they arrived an hour later. Truly disappointing. It’s not the review I wanted to write, because we were really looking forward to our first Cake Bake experience! We will not return. The manager did cover the bill, which we appreciated, but I’d say that is the minimum expectation after the terrible experience we had.

   My daughter and I have been to the Broad Ripple Cake Bake and both times have been such a beautiful and stunning experience. From the breathtaking interior design to the service, there is nothing that compares to these memorable moments. The food is so indescribably delicious. This will always be me and my daughter's special place. I can't wait for my next visit.

   Very good service. Smaller menu than Carmel location- might want to look ahead before deciding which area to book at. Excellent desserts.

    We went there first thing in the morning. We showed up a couple of minutes before our reservation. They made us stand outside in the freezing cold until right when they opened. Our bad for trying to be prompt I guess. The inside of the restaurant was freezing as well. I guess they don’t keep the heat on over night. The food was just mid and very overpriced. Cake wasn’t that good in my opinion. Service was good though.
