Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Donnie was great! We typically frequent the Tyson’s location, but the experience here at the inner harbor was definitely nice. We appreciated the staff and how attentive they were, and the food was awesome! Will definitely be back :)

    The staff did a great job taking great care of us. We went early to avoid the crowds and it was an excellent decision. The service was impeccable! Carlos was our waiter and I can’t say enough great things about how attentive he was. My filet was a bit overcooked and they remedied it without question. Two managers and Carlos made it right and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Tell your friends, head to Capital Grille for a great meal or special occasion and ask for Carlos.

    Superb! Service is always top notch and the food is great I had a delicious citrus salmon and my date had a healthy tuna dish - a charming and very classy gem!
