Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a 6:30 reservation, ordered by 7:00, having to yell our requests because it was so noisy. At 8:00 still no food and the manager came over and explained there was a large party and our food would arrive shortly. It did cold and undercooked. The manager was great and our meal was recooked and the bill was taken care of., but we didn’t eat till 8:30. I have eaten at Capital Grill many times and never experienced this before, the steak and salmon were Outback quality. Very disappointing.

    Service was attentive, informative and exceptionally friendly. Michelle is a great waitress and an exceptional representative of your restaurant. Food was great except for the bone in filet which wasn’t as flavorful as expected despite the bone in. Ribeye, salads and sides were terrific.

    We were seated immediately when we came in. They took us to a smaller room off to the side which I thought might be a bit quieter but it was still pretty noisy. As always they were extremely busy. Food was good as usual.

    Food is always fantastic, but the best part was our server AJ! We had her take care of us on our anniversary last year and she remembered us and gave us extra attention. While the food is great, AJ really made our Valentine’s Day celebration extra special!
