Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great waiter Jeffrey. Steaks were all delicious and tender and done to perfection. Fun time before dinner at bar with Chuck, the bartender. Wonderful fun evening. Thank you.

    Lovely birthday dinner with my wife (her birthday). Table included a hand-signed birthday card and decorations. Seared tenderloin and lobster tail for entree was exquisite. Lovely light birthday dessert. Excellent service throughout made for a perfect evening.

    Love their bar room for a low key but still wonderful meal. One of our go to spots when we want great drinks and food but don't want to have a formal dinner. Service is always excellent, drinks are top notch, and the food never disappoints. One of our local faves, we'll be back soon.
