Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Andrew was our server and he provided the right amount of attention. Chris is the manager who we’ve known for some years now and he always stops by for a fun chat. The meal was outstanding. I took advantage of the Dine out Boston menu. Got the New England clam chowder, the filet mignon (cooked to perfection) and the cheesecake. Also ordered the lobster cake appetizer. Meal was great, service wonderful couldn’t have had a better time.

    Our waiter was courteous and considerate of our wishes for a slow leisurely dinner. He checked on us often to make sure of this.the noise level was low because no one else was there at our chosen time of 2PM, but the background music (early Ella Fitzgerald) was delightful. The food was as we requested and the wine was nicely presented and excellent.

    The food was great BUT the service provided by Andrew was AMAZING. He made a night that started off as a disaster into a night of fun and an experience that I’ll greatly appreciate. Will return again and again. Thank you

    Capital Grille, as always, never disappoints! From their food to their ambiance, they are truly amazing! Despite being slammed last night for Valentine's Day, you would have thought we were the only ones in the restaurant by how attentive the entire staff were to us! This is a true dining experience that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a special night out! PS. Thank you, Chris Scott and your team, for always going above and beyond!
