Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     An amazing night out to celebrate with my family. Our server Kevin and his crew deserve a Michelin rating for the outstanding service we received from him. Interaction with us including my 2 year old granddaughter was spot on! Will be back and demand Kevin be our server. Merry Christmas Kevin

    Always very good. Service was not as good last night as we always experience. Server was not very attentive. Food was prepared well, one steak came out cooked a little over than requested. Just mostly disappointed with the service by out waiter last night

    It was my girlfriend 65th birthday. We were able to sit at the bar. Noel was our server and Bartender, outstanding food service and hospitality. Thank you.

    Asked for quiet table for my daughters birthday dinner - put center of room in front of Kitchen - very loud - couldn’t rally her during dinner conversations. Waiter was good. Food was great - just difficult to have a quiet dinner around the holiday bustle.

    Despite being busy with large holiday lunch groups food was timely, well prepared for a leisurely lunch. Options for specials along with regular menu was appreciated and our waiter Phien was helpful and efficient.

    We had the best waitress Caitlin. She was so accommodating. It was our daughters 30th birthday Dinner was great and the room was very comforting and warm

    The ambiance at Capital Grill is very nice, but unfortunately not a good experience. In summary, the evening started with the unnecessary and obnoxious valet service (blocked off all of the closest parking spaces), this was followed by a lengthy wait for our reservation. The kids' food was good, but the overall taste and quality of the other food was poor (old salmon, undercooked veggies, hard pasta etc.). In summary, shame on the owners for hiring such bad management and having no quality control. Not very well. We will not be returning in the near future, and will hope for some major improvements before trying again.
