Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great ambiance and great service! The food was just a bit too rich and heavy for us. Their food oysters on the half shell were amazing!

    Crab cocktail was fabulous, bread with soft butter was on point, filet cooked perfectly and au gratin potatoes were great . Best meal i have had lately!

    A holiday dinner with family. Adam our server was great. The filet and salmon were delicious. Best shrimp cocktail in Charlotte and rare restaurant that offers coconut cream pie

    While there are great servers, Rey is above the test. I come to Capital Grille on a monthly basis and Rey is my “go to”. The experience is NOT the same without him. He makes the entire experience memorable and I enjoy sitting in his section. He knows what I drink, typically what my order will be, and he is engaging without being overbearing. An absolute TREASURE!

    Eat at bar with wife. There was a Spanish speaking couple next to us on their cell phone speaking to another person in their native language through live chat and the restaurant staff did nothing to stop this disturbing behavior.

    Went for lunch, ordered quickly and lunch entrees took a long time due to another large party before us. Overall was fine, but very slow for a business lunch.

    It was a very busy night and the noise level was very high even difficult to have a conversation although we were in a corner if we were not in a corner it probably would’ve been very difficult to have a conversation
