Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excellent elevated experience as always. Was provided complimentary champagne and dessert for a birthday celebration. Always feel treated special at this location.

    As always the food was very good . However the service was erratic . Our appetizers came out at different times. The calamari was served quickly but I wasn’t served my crab cocktail until much later. I even asked where it was and was told it would be served soon. My empty ice tea glass was whisked away for a refill but never returned to me.

    The young ladies where we checked in were very nice and helpful. Where they first sat us was very cold and we asked to move and they were very accommodating. Our servers were very good and informed us of all our options. My steak was not the cooked they way I asked for the first time but when it did get back to me it was delicious! Overall my wife and I enjoyed our visit!

    Food was tasty but beware when asking about specials. We asked, no prices were given when we asked. Maybe our fault. I like their filets and they had a special bone-in filet in garlic, with a side of mashed potatoes. Well it was $84- for this at lunch. A regular 8oz filet was about half that price yet had more meat than the special. Soooo, while I will go back, I will always ask prices for the specials or just pick something off the menu that has prices listed.
