Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great food and drinks. We like the bar area for lunch. On Valentines Day we enjoyed the fried lobster tail asan appetizer. Absolutely delicious.

    Very Upscale Restaurant that we have been going for years. Lobster Bisque, Shrimp Cocktail are our favorite ways to start. Everything is Great.

    Love the Capital Grille. The service is always great. The drinks and wine are both excellent. We ordered the sliced filet with pearl onions and mushrooms. We loved the steak but the onions were not good. A little disappointed for the Capital Grille but we will be back.
