Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I have had my office Holiday lunch there for years and each time is a great experience. service is always spot on, and quality of food is top notch.

    Great experience! Our waitress Tiffany was excellent and detailed oriented! She constantly checked on us to make sure the food came out right and our waters were filled. And she also make sure to not forget that we were celebrating our anniversary and presented us with an anniversary desert at the end of the meal! Excellent and will return in the future!

    The capital grill is always a great meal and experience, but the service and food was exceptional at this location! They were quite busy with holiday parties and yet the team didn’t miss a beat- it was a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to dine here again soon!

    First time customers. Went to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. Such a gem with wonderful service. Jay our server was very pleasant. Food was delicious, we ordered Filet mignon, truffle fries; Chicken with mushroom and mashed potatoes; and wedge salad. Everyone’s was perfect! We were treated with complimentary dessert, very yummy. We will definitely be returning as the place, people and food are top notch. Thank you!!!

    What a great dining experience from start to finish! Our server Corin was fabulous! Very personable, engaging & professional. Our steaks were cooked to perfection & the handcrafted cocktails were delicious. Everything here is done with perfection & has the most professional service of any restaurant around.
