Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our party included three generations. Our server Carolina did a wonderful job pacing the service so the grandchildren could get started quickly as the adults enjoyed some wine. The food was great and the restaurant is quiet enough that we didn’t have to shout.

    Everything we ordered was super delicious! We shaed a ribeye steak and a miso roasted seabass. The only hiccup was we ordered the steak to be medium & it came very rare. We sent it back and it came back perfectly cooked! Our server Silvia was great & very accommodating.

    We had a wonderful dinner in the busyness of the Christmas shopping season. And even though it was extremely busy, our server was on top of it. He didn’t come too often yet we never had to wait for him either. The food is great as always as well as the decor. We got stuck in traffic and I was concerned that our table when we arrived, but they had saved our table for us. We had a great experience.

    We enjoyed a wonderful lunch as always. We come up from San Diego as much as possible. The onion soup is truly the best the world over!!

    Capital Grill always excels! It’s so nice to have a fabulous meal in an atmosphere where you can talk with your friends without having to shout. Service is always great, especially today with our favorite server Pedro, he is the best!! Thanks, we will be back!
