Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food Was outstanding. The steak was delicious and the lobster Mac &cheese was very good too Our waiter David was very good. His service was excellent

    The dining experience was good. ! the Valet asked if we would sell Park which we tried to do and then it was full, and then we finally found a spot the escalators wasn’t working nor elevator so on a cold night that was uncomfortable but overall inside everything was fabulous. Really enjoyed the service and the food!!!

    The Capital Grille is our special place for important nights out. I got a bad filet but our waiter was very professional and kind. Brought over the Managing Partner, Geoff Dill who went above and beyond in making things right. They did and Capital Grille remains my favorite. Thank you Geoff and Juan.

    From parking to the dining was excellent. This was the best experience we have ever had. Everyone was super nice and attentive. There was not a time while we were in this restaurant you didn’t feel appreciated and inclusive. Everyone was nice, Steven U and the food was amazing. As we said everyone and everything was amazing. We will be returning. This dining experience was everything and more!
