Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille. Our waiter, Frank, was amazing. Had plenty of knowledge regarding the menu and what he thought we’d like. We got the Kona crusted NY strip with shallot butter, sautéd spinach, and au gratin potatoes. All of the food was phenomenal! Before we left, Frank brought out a “Happy Anniversary” plate with the cheesecake and the flourless chocolate cake. Both desserts were amazing and we loved them. Overall we’d definitely recommend The Capital Grille to anyone looking to have a great dinner and especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

    Food eas very good as always, our waiter Frank was really good. The restaurant was very noisy and was packed when we arrive. Overall, a good place for business dinner or a special date

    Service was excellent! Only suggestion is that Wedge Salad should have 2/3 Less dressing and ad real crumbled bacon (not grocery store bought bacon in a bottle) and crumbled blue cheese. The rest of the meal was excellent. Thank you.

    We had a wonderful time! The food was top-notch, and our waiter, Daniel, was amazing. The entire staff was outstanding, providing a level of customer service that is rare these days. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

    Daniel, our server was fantastic. He was great with recommendations and timely with delivery and chef presentation was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh. The cream corn with bacon was a delight. The 10 oz filet was cooked to perfection- medium rare. The salmon was well seasoned and grilled. My wife loved it. It was our first time here and we will definitely return in the future.
