Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Daniel, our server was fantastic. He was great with recommendations and timely with delivery and chef presentation was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh. The cream corn with bacon was a delight. The 10 oz filet was cooked to perfection- medium rare. The salmon was well seasoned and grilled. My wife loved it. It was our first time here and we will definitely return in the future.

    We visited on Valentine’s Day which was also my birthday. When making the reservation we were asked if we were celebrating anything so when we got there our table had some confetti and a card for my birthday. I was also treated to a yummy dessert after dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful with picking a main dish.
