   New Year's Eve dinner was on point. Our first dinner here at Capital Grille and it did not disappoint. We will keep this restaurant on our list for future visits.

   The Capital Grille in Fort Worth is one of our favorite restaurants for special events. My wife's birthday is December 31 and so we went to the Capital Grille with two other couples. We had a great time and the atmosphere was great and the food was great as well. The service was not as fast as at other times, but this was New Years eve so the service level was understandable. All of the people in our party had a great time and all of the people that we encountered that worked at the Capital Grille were friendly and professional.

   Steaks were dry and outside burnt. I ordered medium rare but it was very dry. Desserts were not worth the money - nothing extraordinary about them. Disappointed because usually Capital Grille is very good. Probably will not go back - too expensive for quality of meal.

   One of the best restaurants in Fort Worth Texas! The food is amazing, service very good and attentive, the managers are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

   Dining experience was superb. Tucker, our waiter, provided exemplary service. He explained the chefs specials thoroughly, didn’t race through them and didn’t hover over us while eating. Food was served hot and in nice intervals. Capital Grille is always busy but still provides a quality dining experience. Meal was delicious and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Tucker for making our birthday dinner celebration one to remember.

    Relaxing, upscale atmosphere. Great service and didn't rush you. Foodcwas perfectly prepared nicely presented and everything delicious. Love the bread basket with mixed breads.
