Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great experience! I am vegetarian and gluten sensitive so a steak restraunt can be tough but my husband loves steak and often sacrifices to eat somewhere I can eat. I made reservations here to surprise him and to my surprise the chef made me an amazing grilled tofu over a bed of spinach that was incredible!! My husband said the steak and lobster were amazing as well. Great service and ambiance!

    I over all love this place we come some what often, but tonight my steak tasted like water and the shrimp In our seafood tower was really rubbery..

    Have recommended and will continue to recommend The Capital Grille to many people! Not an every weekend thing, but the occasional birthday or significant date is well worth it. The service is great. Not over bearing to where they are always hovering over you, but you will not go without anything! The food is always amazing. I ordered the Tenderloin with butter poached lobster tails. Both tasted amazing, and the tenderloin just melts in your mouth at medium rare. We had the waiter , Matt, the first time we went. And had the waiter, Peter , the second time around! Both are great! The drinks, food , and service are all worth coming back for!

    This promotion is almost over, but try to get to it at any Capital Grille. The wagyu burger is one of the best burgers I have ever tasted and the fries appear to be made with the Heston Blumenthal method of pre-boiling before frying. The skin is crispy and the interior like a seasoned cumulus cloud! The Duckhorn wines are great compliments to the foods. Enough food for two helpings in each order. Great value! Our waiter, Javier, was first rate. Management material in the future.

    Top notch steakhouse and now one of our top two in downtown Fort Worth where there are plenty. The food, service and especially the ambiance was fantastic. Wait staff is attentive, helpful and responsive. The filets we both ordered were cooked to perfection and the sides and salads were the same. We absolutely loved the dim lighting and decor. Only negative we can think of was the steaks were a little saltier than we prefer just since we don't use much salt in our diets, but otherwise the food and steaks were amazing. We'll definitely be back.

    Great ambience and food was delicious. Sat in the back left in smaller room. Will ask for this again. Much quieter. Very nice.
